Terms and Conditions
1. These conditions apply for the booking of any function or Golf Day at the Club.
2. Reservations
Reservations will be regarded as provisional until such time as the confirmation form, duly signed, accepting the Terms and Conditions has been returned, together with the required deposit. The Club reserves the right to release a booking in the absence of the booking form.
2a. Liability for Payment
The Company/Society shall be responsible for all monies due. On default of such payment the signator for and on behalf of the Company/Society shall be personally liable for all monies due.
3. Deposits & Cancellations
Two Months prior to the Golf Day
Deposit must be paid unless agreed with the Club Manager.
One Month prior to the Golf Day
If cancellation occurs, no refund of deposit will be given.
Two Weeks prior to the Golf Day
Numbers to be confirmed, also any catering arrangements booked.
48 Hours prior to the Golf Day
Final numbers for the catering must be advised, any reduction will be charged in full.
4. Fees.
All temporary members fees to be paid or balances agreed prior to playing and catering accounts must be paid prior to leaving the Club.
5. Cancellation by the Club
The Club reserves the right to cancel or amend any reservation:
a) If the Club, or any part of it, is closed due to fire, alterations, decoration or by order of any public authority.
b) If weather conditions prevent the playing of golf by the course being closed. In this event the Club will refund any charges made in respect of golf, but will have no further liability to the client.
c) Any refund will be made to the Party Organiser within 7 days of the event.
6. Course Rules
Wide wheel trolleys only.
No denim jeans, training shoes, shell or track suits or football type shirts or shorts.
7. Clubhouse Dress Rules
No training or golf shoes of any kind.
No overcoats, leather jackets, football or anorak type clothing. No headgear.

Shirts must have collars, other than polo necks which are acceptable, and must be "tucked in". "Dress" shorts are acceptable, ie. tailored and not sports.
NOTE: The above rules must be relayed to your party members prior to your visit to the Club.
